Dunfield House is a ministry of Community of Christ celebrating the worth of all people. Since 1965 Dunfield has opened its doors to all groups who value the worth of all people to stay in its beautiful building and surroundings to learn, grow, live and find joy together.
Community of Christ runs weekend and mid-week opportunities for all people to join us, activities range from youth and young adult camps, family camps, retreats and training courses.
Dunfield also opens its doors to education, faith and people of no faith groups and extended family gatherings where all are welcome. We hand the house and stables over to you as your home for your stay. Our staff team provide home prepared meals made with love, keep the house and stables beautifully clean and manage the site for your safety and enjoyment to enable you to concentrate on running your own programme of activities.
Dunfield can offer sole use of the site with a fully catered service, offering home prepared meals made with love for groups up to 95 guests. Large groups can be accommodated in our main house sleeping 73 with a fully catered service.
Smaller groups can book our Stables accommodation sleeping 22 guests in 8 bedrooms offering self-catering, part or a fully catered service.
Dunfield sits in 15 acres of grounds laid to terraced lawns, grassed play areas, woodlands and streams. We have a large meeting room and indoor heated pool, three campfire sites, labyrinth and peace garden.
